Returns & Refunds

We want every Ward Paris fragrance to feel like it was made for you. If a purchase isn't quite right, we accept returns under the conditions below.

Discover the scent before you open
Every order includes scent sample cards, so you can experience each fragrance before breaking the seal on your full-size bottle. We encourage you to try the cards first. If a scent isn't for you, keep the full-size product sealed and return it within the return window.

Return eligibility
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To be eligible, items must be:

• Still sealed in their original cellophane wrap, fully intact
• In their original packaging

Products whose cellophane has been torn, removed, or tampered with cannot be accepted for return. 

How to start a return
Visit wardparis.com/returns and click Start a Return. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free.

Inspection and refunds
All returns are inspected on arrival to confirm they meet the conditions above. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that if you selected 2-Day or Next Day shipping, the shipping charge is not refundable. Items that don't meet our return conditions will not be refunded.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us at contact@wardparis.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Please email us before sending anything back.
